Share Your Expertise at the 2026 NCACCHRP Annual Conference

The North Carolina Association of Community College Human Resources Professionals (NCACCHRP) invites HR professionals, higher education leaders, subject matter experts, and industry partners to submit presentation proposals for the 2026 NCACCHRP Annual Conference.

Join us October 6–8, 2026, at the Laureate Center on the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis, North Carolina, as we bring together community college HR professionals from across the state for three days of learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Whether you are an experienced presenter or presenting for the first time, we encourage you to share your knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas that will inspire and equip our attendees.

What We're Looking For

The NCACCHRP Events Committee is seeking presentations that are engaging, practical, and relevant to the unique needs of community college HR professionals.

Strong proposals should:

  • Provide practical tools and strategies attendees can immediately apply.

  • Address current or emerging HR trends and challenges.

  • Include real-world examples, case studies, or lessons learned.

  • Encourage audience interaction through discussion, activities, or collaborative learning.

  • Deliver clear learning outcomes and actionable takeaways.

  • Promote innovation, leadership, and professional excellence.

Interactive presentations are highly encouraged.


Proposal Guidelines

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: September 13, 2026

  • Presentations may be 45, 60, or 90 minutes, including time for audience questions.

  • Presenters will be asked to select two preferred presentation dates and two preferred time slots.

  • Session proposals should include:

    • Presentation title

    • Session abstract

    • Learning objectives

    • Intended audience

    • Professional biography

    • Professional headshot

    • Previous speaking experience (if applicable)


Proposal Review Process

All proposals will be reviewed by the NCACCHRP Events Committee based on:

  • Relevance to community college HR professionals

  • Quality and clarity of the proposal

  • Practical application and audience value

  • Presenter expertise

  • Overall conference program balance

Presenters will be notified of their proposal status no later than September 23, 2026.
